Crime Prevention – Occupancy Restrictions

1) Owners who intend to rent their unit, must notify their tenants that Circle Tree Owners Association is a member of the City of Mesa Tri-Star Multi-Housing Crime Prevention Program.

2) All Owners must have tenants sign the Crime Free Lease Addendum. All owners must also provide their tenants and guests with a copy of the Associations Rules and Regulations.

3) Owners are responsible for insuring that all prospective tenants will have a background check for criminal history prior to signing the lease.

4) All owners, tenants and occupants must complete online an registration by going to: https://naybiz.com/

5) Owners, tenants and guests or any-other person may not occupy any unit within the Association if they have been convicted of a felony within the last seven (7) years, or required to register as a level two or level three sex offender.
